Return & Exchange Policy
All items that are not customized, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as it is received at our location in new, unused, unworn & undamaged condition in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is shipped to you incorrectly or has a warranty issue, we will cover the replacement shipping charges.
To help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please complete the RMA form below.
If you are returning or exchanging your item via mail use the following procedure:
1. Using original packaging, return package via insured US Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.
2. Complete the RMA form shown below.
3. Send returns to: Bob Haro Design, Returns Dept., 135-E Liverpool Dr, Cardiff, CA 92007 (we do not accept CODs).
4. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
