Shipping and Handling Policies 

All orders are shipped using USPS per your selection at check out. For International & Canadian orders, please select standerd international USPS shipping or Priority Mail USPS International shipping.

All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.  Via USPS standard service, please allow up to (10) business days for standard shipping in the Continental US (lower 48 states). Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, & VI delivery could require up to (21) days.

2nd Business Day Delivery: no Saturday deliveries.

Orders received by 12:00 pm noon PST will ship the next day (in stock items only). Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, Guam, PR and VI (2-day delivery). E-mail: inquiry@harodesign.com for exact rates. Orders for geographic regions not served by our 2nd Day Service will have their packages shipped via Ground Service. This includes APO, FPO, Foreign and PO Box orders. 

Note: When selecting 2-day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame. 

Tax Rates
For shipments within the state of California we are required by law to collect sales tax.

International & Canadian Orders

Payment: All prices are in U.S. currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or PayPal. 

Shipping Options: Canadian & International orders can be shipped by USPS standard international or USPS Priority Mail International only and shipping charges vary by delivery locations.  If you would like a shipping quote prior to purchase, please contact customer service at inquiry@harodesign.com for a quote.  Please note that all duties, taxes, import and/or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility.

Oversize Items: Additional charges may apply. 

Duties, customs, taxes, import or brokerage fees: International and Canadian orders are subject to customs, duties, taxes, import and/or brokerage fees.  Any applicable fees are the customer's responsibility and are required to be paid upon delivery of the product.  All fees are based on the receiving countries Customs Agency and BobHaro.com has no control over these fees or charges. You will be contacted by the carrier regarding brokerage fees and collection of taxes and duties.

Please Note: International orders will be processed and shipped once billing address verification has been obtained. The package must be shipped to the billing address for the payment method used.
